Who is responsible

comfy.az is owned by Comfy Trading (义乌亭芮外贸有限公司, Yiwu, Zhejiang, China). We are responsible for the data we collect through the site.

What we collect

• When you send the contact form: your name, phone number, company name (optional), the category you are interested in, your message, the page you sent it from and the site language.
• At the same moment, technical data: your IP address and browser name. We use these to protect the site from spam.
• Visit statistics: Google Analytics uses cookies to record which pages were viewed, the device type and the approximate country. We do not send your name or phone number to Google.
• The currency you pick (USD, AZN, CNY) is stored only in your browser and never reaches us.

What we use it for

• To answer your enquiry and contact you about an order.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

We do not sell your data or give it to others for advertising.

WhatsApp and WeChat

When you tap the WhatsApp or WeChat button, the conversation continues in that app. What you write there falls under the privacy rules of WhatsApp (Meta) and WeChat (Tencent).

Where and how long we keep it

Enquiries are stored on a server in Europe and are visible only in the admin panel our team uses.

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and follow up on a possible order. If you ask us to delete it, we will. Deleted data can remain in the server's backups for up to 12 months before it is removed from there too.

Your rights

• Ask what data we hold about you.
• Have wrong data corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
• Opt out of statistics: block cookies in your browser or install Google's official Analytics opt-out add-on.

When these rules change, the date at the top of this page is updated.
